Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No, 1600-2015-0209-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Creekside Walk Ventures, LLC as represented by Derek Baak.
The project is limited to the daylighting of 220 linear feet of El Cerrito Creek that is underground in a culvert below a parking lot at Evelyn Avenue in El Cerrito. The previously existing culvert shall be removed and a 45 foot wide stream corridor consisting of a restored equilibrium channel and riparian habitat shall be constructed along 225 linear feet.
