Document Description
The City of Chico, Department of Public Works is proposing to expand the existing Water Pollution Control Plant from 9 million gallons per day (MGD) to 12 mdg. In addition, the existing outfall will be closed and capped and a new outfall will also be constructed to handle the increased capacity. The new outfall will be located approximately 1200 feet south of the existing outfall location.
