Document Description
The proposed project includes the addition of buildings to house a new gymnasium with showers and locker rooms, a new library with computer labs, a new administration building, and six new classrooms. The school's existing gymnasium and auditorium would also be reused and reconfigured within the interior as part of this project. Other components of the project include new exterior covered walkways, two new parking areas, and a new passenger drop-off and pick-up area. In addition, the project involves the acquisition of commercial properties and an apartment building, and the closure of a portion of Rollin Street for the development of the project.
