A Specific Plan to guide development of 230 acres of land currently outside of the City Limits. The Specific Plan provides policies and programs that will guide future annexation and development of the area. The Specific Plan calls for open space, park, residential, and mixed/ commercial uses as well as associated roads and pedestrian/ bike paths. At full build-out there would be between 980 and 1000 residential dwelling units.
