WUSD has prepared an addendum to the EIR certified in September 2004 to evaluate the potential for additional impacts from changes to the site plan, reduction in buildout student population from 3,000 to approximately 2,400 students, revisions to the traffic circulation pattern, changes to the City of West Sacramento's cumulative impact analysis for traffic conditions, and changes to the joint-use arrangement from a 20-acre community park to joint recreation/aquatics/health club facilities.
