Document Description
The proposed project consists of the rezoning and reuse of approximately 108 acres of property currently and formerly used for industrial purposes. The project site has been divided into two parts based on the ownership status and readiness for development. The two parts of the site have been designated as Area A and Area B. Area A consists of the apaporximately 37.3 acres located north of the UPRR. Area B consists of the approximately 69 acres located south of the UPRR.
