Document Description
The Southest Specific Plan (SESP) would amend the boundary of the specific plan area as identified in the City's General Plan by reducing the project acreage from up to 119 to a maximum 80 acres and resulting in the development of a mixed use residential community within the City of Rohnert Park's Urban Growth Boundary. The proposed project would amend the existing City General Plan and develop up to 475 residential units,10,000 acres of commercial uses, and a combined park and stormwater detention facility within the 80 acre SESP area in eastern Sonoma County, CA. The anticipated construction of the proposed project would begin in 2010 and could take up to 12 years to reach buildout from the start of construction depending on market conditions.
