There are 4 components to this project: 1. The proposed update to the Salida Community plan. 2. The River Ranch Specific Plan (RRSP). 3. RRSP Phase 1 would request development entitlements for approximately 496 acres to be developed with 746 residential units and planned industrial uses. 4. RRSP Phase 1a would request development entitlements for approximately 207 acres to be developed with planned industrial uses and 603 residential units.
