Document Description
The 1 Carter Avenue project is a 32.07-acre development as proposed by Tentative Tract Map 54016. This plan proposes the development of 29 single-family residential lots on 32.07-acres of the 63-acre site. The remaining property in the project site (30.93 acres) are proposed to be restricted use or open space land, with 3.93-acres preserved as open space through a deed restricted open space. The plan includes a rezone in the canyon area of approximately 11 acres, and provision of a public pedestrian access to an overlook area maintained by the homeowners association, as well as the roads and infrastructure necessary to serve the project site. The plan also provides for the retention and adaptive reuse of the Macomber Cabin, the Carter Barn, the Willis Residence, and the Carter-era arroyo stone entry monuments.
