The project proposes development of 31 residential dwelling units in an area 12.17 acres in size as part of the Greenhills Ranch Specific Plan (GRSP) - Phase I. Phase 1 of the GRSP involves the processing of a site plant to establish "V" designator setbacks prior to issuance of building permits. A "V" setback designator is proposed for the residential development area in order to take advantage of the "stair-step" subdivision design.
