Greenbriar Homes Communities is requesting approval of a Planned Unit Development (PUD) development plan, which would allow construction of 50 residential units on the 195-acre Lund Ranch II property. Approval of the PUD application would allow construction of residential uses on ~23 acres. Proposed gross density for the site would be 0.26 dwelling units per acre. Residential units would be comprised of 48 single-family detached production homes on 10,000 sf minimum lots and two custom homes on 13.9 acres (Estate Lots).
