Document Description
Replace approximately 70 sq. feet of damaged and missing plaster on ceilings and walls in rooms located on the second and third floors of the historic structure at the Old Governor's Mansion State Historic Park in Sacramento. Portions of the existing plaster have failed due to water leaks in the roof (the roof has since been repaired). Plaster repair work will include metal lath fastened to the original wood lath to provide a better bonding surface for the new plaster.
