Document Description
Reconstruct College Cove Trail from its junction with Elk Head Trail down to Trinidad State Beach, in its existing alighment, to the standards in the district trail guide. Rehabilitate a 200 ft. section of Elk Head Trail east of its junction with College Cove, to comply with ADA guidelines. Project will improve safety and accessibility and reduce erosion while supporting continued use and maintenance of the facility.
