Document Description
Project consists of the removal of exotic plant species from a 0.4 restoration site. Replacement will be a native sage scrub dry seed mix. Propagation will be accomplished by hand spreading seed; annual rainfall will provide water for germination.

Project will result in the improvement of habitat for fish and wildlife resource (class 4d). Temporary use of land having negligible or no permanent effects on the environment (class 4e). Project does not result in the taking of endangered, rare, or threatened plant or animal species or significant erosion and sedimentation of surface waters (class 4i).
