Document Description
The proposed project consists of the conveyance of six parcels totaling 875 acres, contiguous to the existing Upper Susanville Rancheria into federal trust status on behalf of the Tribal Government. The Tribe plans to eventually develop approximately 52 homes (over a period of 20 years), road access and infrastructure.
