The project is limited to: the replacement of an existing 36-in diameter metal pipe culvert under McMurtry Lane with an approximately 115 ft long, 54-in diameter concrete pipe culvert; placement of fill to allow for a 3:1 slope from the roadway to the channel; and impacts to an approximately 6-in wide, 35-ft long section along the top of bank of Channel A. Project activties are part of a larger project that includes roadway widening and realignment to an approximately 1,600-ft (0.30 mile) segmentof McMurtry Lane from an approximately 18-ft wide road to an approximately 50-ft wide road. The California Department of Fish and Wildlife is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2015-0150-R3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Paul Manyisha, DR Horton.
