The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2006-0070-R2 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Western Pacific Housing of Brentwood. Fill and diversion of 5,090 ft. of Brazelton Drain and excavation of 0.38 acre of seasonal wetlands in the Noonan Drain and installation of a 15" sewer pipe, which will cross beneath the new Alamo Creek Drainage.
