Document Description
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) proposes to construct 9.4 kilometers (5.8 miles) of four-lane expressway from kilometer post 113.1 (PM 70.3) to 122.5 (PM 76.1). The proposed project would increase capacity, improve safety and the flow of traffic and provide route continuity.
