The applicant proposes to abandon a section of road including two existing class II crossings. Crossing 1 consists of an existing 24-inch culvert and Crossing 2 is a Humboldt crossing. Both crossings will be removed in accordance with 14CCR 923.3 (d)(1) and (2). Both crossings will be dry during operations and minimal vegetation removal will be required.
