Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game (Department) is executing a 1603 Stream Alteration Agreement with Point Millerton ranch, LLC. (Applicant) for the Applicant's use of the unnamed tributaries to Finegold Creek. The Project installing eleven culverts and fourteen cross drains on an undeveloped ranch road. All work will be performed in the dry and will not impact and vegetation. The ranch road has not been actively maintained for many years. The Department entered into a 1603 Stream Alteration Agreement with the Applicant to ensure that appropriate measures for wildlife monitoring and protection, vegetation protection and erosion control are implemented throughout the Project. The project period is from the execution of the Agreement through two (2) years.
