Document Description
The project proposes a vacation of a 1' foot wide Access Restriction Easement on a portion of Emma Road. The easement was dedicated as a condition of approval on Tentative Map 4665 in the community of Twin Oaks Valley. On October 5, 1987, the Planning and Environmental Review Board directed that Emma Road be built to 20' in width (a reduced pave width), with the condition access would not be provided into Emma Road. Since the Emma Road has been built to County standards and the 1' access restriction easement is no longer necessary.
