Document Description
Magoon Estate Limited owns the Guenoc Ranch (hereafter Guenoc). Currently 1,819 acres are irrigated, including 367 acres of vineyard and 1,452 ac res of irrigated pasture and forage crop. Water is stored in multiple reservoirs under water right License 2141, 2141, 6334, 9939, 10421, 10422, 13414 and Permits 16860A, 16860C and 16861. Water is also directly diverted under License 2142. Guenoc has petitioned the State Water Resources Control Board to expand the place of use to 4,611 acres under Permits 16860A and 16860C and Licenses 9939 and 13414. Guenoc seeks to expand the place of use to 6,847 acres under the remaining rights.
