Document Description
The Rail Corridor Plan is a long range policy document that provides a framework for the long-term development of the Corridor Plan Area. The Plan identifies goals and objectives intended to facilitate Transit-Oriented Development in the Corridor Plan Area that would be implemented through a series of policies that create an integrated pattern of land use, urban design, and circulation that is compact, pedestrian-friendly, and promotes reliance on forms of transportation other than the automobile. The Corridor Plan is a policy document for the long term transit-oriented development within the study area.
