Document Description
The proposed Vista Oaks subdivision occupies two parcels totaling approximately 93 acres and would result in the construction of 100 single family residences on 23 acres and the dedication of 60.9 acres of open space. The proposed Highlands Parcel A subdivision occupies one parcel totaling approximately 30 acres and would result in the construction of 20 single family residences on 5.8 acres and the dedication of 22.9 acres of open space. Both projects include bicycle and pedestrian trails and a bicycle/pedestrian/emergency access bridge would be built over Secret Ravine Creek as part of the Vista Oaks project.
