Document Description
Project is limited to the construction of an 18-foot high retaining wall containing an 18-inch reinforced concrete pipe storm drain outfall with a rip-rap apron energy dissipater, construction of a road (Merlot Drive), and installation of a bioretention basin (Montonico Basin). Approx. 113 linear feet of the upstream end (headcut area) of the ephemeral drainage channel will be cleared of vegetation and filled with 1,950 cubic yards of clean native soil. The earth fill behind the retaining wall will support the new roadway and associated utility improvements. The CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2016-0125-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Glen Loma Corporation, as represented by Augie Dent.
