Document Description
The overall 680-acre project is located immediately east of I-80 within the City of Vacaville, Solano County, and accessed via the Lagoon Valley Road. The project will install permanent and temporary bridges, culverts, pedestrian/golf cart bridges, a storm water detention basin, outfall structures, and utility crossings on unnamed tributaries to Lower Lagoon Lake (Lake), and outfalls on the southern edge of the Lake. Channel, wetland, pond and riparian habitat will be preserved, created, restored and enhanced within onsite mitigation areas. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2012-0198-3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Mike Serpa/Standard Pacific Homes.
