Document Description
The project is to replace the existing circular culvert with an open-bottom, multi-plate arch culvert of adequate size that will allow anadromous fish passage at all life stages. The structure is designed to meet the National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) Guideliens for fish passage. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2003-0259-3 pursuant to Section 1601 of the Fish and Game Code to the project operator, Howard N. Dashiell / Mendocino County Department of Transportation.
