The proposed project consists of modifying and improving the existing diamond interchange at I-805 and East Orange Avenue/Olympic Parkway, adding a second lane to the southbound I-805 off-ramp at Main Street/Auto Park Drive, and adding auxiliary lanes to portions of the north-and-southbound mainline freeway between Main Street/Auto Park Drive and Palomar Street.
