Document Description
Updates to the 2003 Valley College Master Plan (Master Plan) were made in 2010. Implementation of the 2010 Master Plan would result in approximately 766,953 gross sq. ft. (GSF) of new construction, renovation, and modernization of 131,177 gsf in existing facilities, and the demolition of other existing buildings containing approximately 158,021 gsf. The proposed 2010 Master Plan Update's buildout year is 2013-14. The estimated annual full time equivalent student levels for 2013-2014 are projected to be 13,804.
