Document Description
The proposed project is a regional commercial center on approximately 90 acres of vacant land located in the northeast and southeast quadrants of the interchange of Interstate 5 and Oasis Road in Redding, California. The project would include approximately 1,170,000 sq. ft. of floor area for the various uses. The proposed project would be developed in two phases, with Phase 1 occurring on the portion of the property north of Oasis Road and Phase II occurring subsequently on the property south of Oasis Road. Levenson Development ("Levenson") is the applicant for both phases.
