Document Description
An Initial Study for the proposed project has been prepared. The proposed replacement school will be located on approximately 4.3 acres that includ the existing school site and adjacent properties proposed to be acquired by the School District, at the corner of North 22nd Street and East Empire Street. The existing school would be demolished and replaced with new buildings, roadways, parking, and recreational areas. The new school would have a capacity of 650 students (currently the school has 388 students). Construction is expected to take 15 months.
