The California Dept. of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Sec. 1602 of Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, City of Bakersfield, represented by Luis A. Topete. The applicant proposes to install a cast-in-place, reinforced concrete slab bridge structure measuring 715 ft. long by 98 ft., 6 in. wide to accommodate six lanes of traffic, bicycle lane and pedestrian sidewalk.
