The project consists of the reconstruction of East 5th Ave. from Laburnam Ave. to Mangrove Ave. The reconstruction will include paved shoulders, storm drain, curbs gutters and sidewalks. The remaining portions of the corridor, from Esplanade to Sherman Ave., include storm drains and resurfacing. Storm drains will discharge to Lindo Channel.
