CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2016-0191-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Bill Gamlen / Sonoma-Marin Area Rail Transit District. This project is a single phase of the long term non-motorized pathway project SMART will be building from Larkspur to Cloverdale. This phase includes an approx. 0.35 mile long section of a non-motorized pathway. The pathway will impact on linear drainage channel that runs almost parallel to the pathway alignment.
