The proposed project is located on the UC Davis campus, off of Old Davis Road, adjacent to Robert Mondavi Institute for Wine and Food Science. The proposed project is a one story facility of 31,800 gross square feet, and will contain facilities to accommodate programs for the Departments of Viticulture and Enology and food Science and Technology. The facility will include a winery, brewery, food processing plant, milk processing room, two laboratories, two classrooms and support spaces.
