Present Land Use
Land Use: (3) Residential/ Zoning (RR-2) Rural Residential
Document Description
The proposed project is for a proposal for a Zone Reclassification on a 1.07-acre property from (RR) Rural Residential to (RC) Residential Commercial. The triangular-shaped lot is located in the Fallbrook Community Planning area at the intersections of East Mission Road, Stage Coach Lane, and Gum Tree Lane, all of which are circulation element roads. The proposed use regulation, Residential Commercial, is intended to create and enhance neighborhoods where a mixture of residential, professional, and convenience commercial uses is desired. The RC zone permits a few specific convenience commercial uses within the predominant residential areas, with the issuance of a Major or Minor Use Permit. Currently the site is vacant and supports a significant drainage feature at the southerly portion of the parcel.
