Document Description
The proposed project is the constrution and operation of a facility for the production and distribution of grout, mortar, mastic, and similar products. The proposed building includes a toatal of 124,622 square feet (109,318 square feet of warehouse/production space, 2,800 square feet of storage/mixing tower space and 12,504 square feet of office uses). The project site includes 164 parking space (158 standard and 6 handicapped), interior vehicular drives (141,230 square feet of paved surfaces), required utility infrastructure, and landscaping. The proposed structure includes a 125-foot tower that will contain up to 16 storage silos.
