Proposes to address critical infrastructure and resource management deficiencies at Will Rogers SHP through the completion and implementation of a comprehensive management plan for the National Register of Historic Places "Will Rogers Historic Landscape District" property. This plan will provide for the identification, evaluation, and treatment of the historic landscape structures, features, and elements at Will Rogers SHP. The management plan is the culmination of a multi-year study involving a diverse array of professional park and cultural resource specialists, park users, and community members. The plan includes treatment and implementation recommendations for the preservation, restoration, rehabilitation, and reconstruction of the Historic Landscape District structures, features, and elements.
