Document Description
The Central Coast Regional Water Quality Control Board is proposing changes to its general waiver policy through the enclosed resolution. This action addresses, in part, requirements specified in California Water Code Section 13269. Adoption of the resolution would allow the Regional Board to conditionally waive waste discharge requirements for certain low threat discharges, and allow the Regional Board to focus limited resources on existing and potential threats to water quality.
