Document Description
The project involves the adopton of a Redevelopment Plan for the Neighborhood Revitalization Redevelopment Project. The proposed Plan encompasses approximately 914 acres, and includes all of the land in the City that is not already within the Commission's redevelopment program. The proposed Plan will not identify any specific development projects. Rather, the proposed Plan will allow the the Commission to participate in various programs and activities (e.g., infrastructure construction, property-improvement loans and grants, parcel assembly, etc.) aimed at encouraging private investment within the Project Area.
