Construction of a 12-foot by 10-foot cast-in-place double box culvert across the Alameda County Flood Control and Water Conservation District Zone 5 Line M Flood Control Channel which will provide connection for a street extension. Construction of the box culvert will involve excavation for subgrade and side slopes. Vegetation on either side will be removed to facilitate construction. The bottom channel is concrete-lined. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2003-0264-3.
