Document Description
The proposed project includes an application for development of the St. Vincent's property with approximately 766 housing units, approximately 116,000 to 124,000 square feet of commercial office space, 5.1 acres of mixed-use development, a new 80,000 square foot campus on 18 acres for the St. Vincent's School for Boys, and recreational and open space land uses. The project would also result in the realignment of a segment of Miller Creek and relocation of the St. Vincent's School for Boys Equestrian Program Area east of the railroad tracks. Implementation of the proposed project would require annexation of both the St. Vincent's property and the Silveira property into the City of San Rafael. The actions associated with the proposed annexation would include consideration of a General Plan amendment and pre-zoning classification for the Silveira property to ensure consistency with the City's General Plan.
