Document Description
Proposed is the construction of a three-story 59-unit multi-family housing project on a 2.24+\- acre site located in the City of Compton (City). The project will or may be age restricted and, subject to availability, may receive rent or other related subsidies, concessions, and/or incentives from the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), the Compton Redevelopment Agency, and/or the City in order to make all or a percentage of the resulting units available to lower income tenants. Discretionary actions under consideration include, but are not limited to: (1) amendment to "City of Compton General Plan Land Use Map"; (2) amendment to "City of Compton Zoning Map"; (3) issuance of a "density bonus"; (4) issuance of a variance and/or conditional use permit; (5) street/alley vacation; (6) lot consolidation; and (7) Architectural Review Board approval.
