Document Description
Rezone to add the Mixed-Use Goleta Overlay District to the site. Tract Map to reconfigure one existing parcel into a total of 40 new parcels. The proposed development would site the hotel on one parcel, while the 38 townhouse condominiums would be located on individual parcels with the common open space occupying one parcel. Development plan for a three-story 62,167 square foot, 110 room hotel, with pool, spa, and associated parking. Second development plan for 38 townhouse condominium units, totaling approximately 63,232 square feet with a common open space lot. A total of six of the condominium units would be designated as affordable.
