The proposed four-level apartment building is planned in a horseshoe configuration, oriented around community facilities. The building's first level, or ground floor, provides 28 apartment units and accommodates shared amenities including a swimming pool, common areas housing a library, multi-purpose room, administrative offices, a technical support area, and community kitchen facilities. The upper three levels of the proposed apartment building are devoted to the project's remaining 122 apartment units.
