The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Amendment No. 2 to Streambed Alteration Agreement no. 1600-2015-0181-R4, issued to Entrada de Paso Robles, LLC. The Project consists of activities related to the conversion of a small lake on an unnamed tributary to Dry Creek, a bridge over Dry Creek, and installation of a culvert in another unnamed tributary to Dry Creek in order to pave a dirt road. Amendment No. 2 includes a correction in the design of a constructed drain inlet that has resulted in scour.
