The proposed project will extend the four existing culverts, widen shoulders and rehabilitate pavement on State Route 98. The benefits of this project are: extending the pavement's service life, widened shoulders, safer graded flatter slopes, reduced erosion and increased safety by providing safer recover and pullout areas for the traveling public.
