Document Description
This proposal is to develop a 44,772 square foot building on 3.22 acres within the Meridian Business Center Specific Plan. The proposed light industrial shell building will be established with the intent that a future user will submit a tenent improvement application to show that they are in compliance with all project conditions of approval as well as the requirements of the Meridian Business Park Specific Plan. A portion of the site is located within Accident Potential Zone 1 (APZ 1) of the Air Installation Compatible Use Zone Study (AICUZ) for the March Air Reserve Base.
