The applicant proposes five activities (projects): Project A involves using an excavator to construct a small water channel diversion (about 4 feet deep by 16 feet long with a corresponding berm) to divert peak river flow back in to the original channel area. Project B involves installing a rocked ford at a location where a seasonal logging road crosses a Class II watercourse. Project C involves installing a rocked rolling dip where a seasonal logging road parallels a Class II watercourse. Project D & E involves installing two 10,000 gallon cement tanks at two locations. CDFG is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement R3-2002-0048, pursuant to Section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Chris Hayter, Campbell Timberland Mangement.
