Document Description
The proposed project is a neighborhood shopping center on a 10.13-acre parcel located in the southeast corner of the intersection formed by Balfour Road and Fairview Avenue. The proposed shopping center consists of a 65,589-square-foot Safeway Store located in the southeast corner of the parcel. Shops A (3,000 square feet) and Shops B (6,720 square feet) are proposed to flank the Safeway Store. Four other building pads are located on the west and north edges of the site, along Balfour Road and Fairview Avenue. Pads 1 and 2, near the intersection of Balfour and Fairview, are 5,000 square feet and 8,250 square feet, respectively. Pad 3, located in the southwest corner of the site along Fairview Avenue, is 7,900 square feet. Pad 4, planned for 5,000 square feet, is located in the northeast corner of the site along Balfour Road. The shops and building pads could be subdivided to include more than one business establishment.
